Assistant Packaging Manager: Accomplishes packaging department objectives by assisting packaging manager in daily activities and running shifts when packaging manager is not present. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, as well as be moving around the entire shift.

Assistant Packaging Manager Job Duties:

· Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.

· Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems.

· Inventory and Fulfillment management thru Cultivera

· Inventory Audits

· Train new employees

· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

· Manage department when packaging manager is not present
