Growing cannabis producer and processor located in Spokane Washington looking to hire a detail oriented individual to assist the Order Fulfillment Team. Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines.

The requirements of this position include labeling packaged products, following labeling requirements, product workflow management, wholesale logistics administration, executing database operations, as well as assisting in the order fulfillment process.

Needs to be a step-by-step focused professional, who excels in attention to detail regarding numbers and documentation, and always considering our retail partners and end user. In addition, the ideal Fulfillment Associate will be solutions-centered, motivated by good outcomes, and a patient organizer that excels in written and verbal communication as well as the ability to be flexible.

Responsibilities and expectations:
* Fulfillment Associate will ensure they are always busy managing supply chain logistics and/or working on other selected inventory tasks.

* Assistant to the order fulfillment process through email, phone, and other database platforms to include order entry, manifest administration, and shipping. Specifically this includes effectively communicating with other departments & upper management.

*Upholds inventory standards, production operations, and the customer service experience by working in a collaborative manner, coordinating processes, and enforcing Conscious Ventures’ Standard operating procedures and expectations regarding product availability and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and process orders with high level of accuracy.
• Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer pickup process is efficient and accurate
• Assembles product packages for delivery and performs other fulfillment-related tasks.
• Assembles product packages per client order and prepares for delivery to clients to meet quality and production time line expectations.
• Completes all package confirmations and checklists to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location.
• Complies with all security and audit procedures as required by procedures and policy to protect client information.
• Records and escalates issues to appropriate parties to ensure that output is not missing or incorrect.
• Report out of stock issues to supervisor
• Stages packaging supplies as necessary to maintain production readiness

Requirements:

• High-school diploma and some college or vocational
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
• Detailed and have the ability work independently
• Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• 1+ years of prior experience in a Fulfillment role required
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license
